Coaching focuses on thoughts, behaviors, and actions, not just surface-level fixes.
I am trauma-informed, but I am not a therapist. If something comes up that is outside the scope of coaching, I will guide you toward the appropriate support.

Coaching is not therapy and does not diagnose, treat, or cure any mental or medical conditions.
If you are under the care of a mental health professional, it is recommended that you keep them informed about your coaching support.
Everything you share will be kept confidential to the best of my ability. However, this is not a legally protected relationship like therapy or medical care.
• Sessions are scheduled at mutually agreed times
• You are responsible for booking and attending your sessions
• All sessions are held via Zoom (link provided upon booking)
Please attend sessions in a distraction-free environment where you can be fully present.
For safety reasons, coaching will not take place if you are driving.
Your coaching package may include Voxer support during business hours.
This is designed for mindset shifts, support between sessions, and brainstorming.
• Voice messages must be under 3 minutes
• Keep messages clear and focused
• Messages are responded to once per business day, typically by the end of the day
Messages sent after business hours, on weekends, or holidays will be answered on the next business day.
• You are responsible for scheduling and using your sessions within your package timeframe
• Sessions must be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance
• Intensive sessions require 48 hours notice
• VIP or full-day sessions cannot be rescheduled
Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in additional charges.
If you arrive late, your session may still end at the originally scheduled time.
Jill Zager Coaching does not guarantee specific results.
This includes weight loss, health outcomes, or income/business results.
Your results depend on your commitment, actions, and consistency.
